Bei diesem Projekt wurde eine hydraulische Ziehpresse vom Typ Müller 1300 auf elastische Elemente zur Schwingungsisolierung aufgestellt. Die Presse verfügt über eine maximale Hubgeschwindigkeit von ca. 10 s/Hub und eine durchschnittliche Hubgeschwindigkeit von etwa 30 s/Hub mit manueller Umlage.
Technische Daten:

- Gesamtmasse: ca. 150.000 kg (ca. 190.000 kg mit Werkzeugen und Zubehör)
Herausforderung:
Eine Fräserei in der Nähe der Presse wurde durch die stoßartige und breitbandige Erregung der Presse negativ beeinflusst, was sich auf die Genauigkeit der gefertigten Teile auswirkt.
