Bending and assembly machines

A Bihler BIMERIC BM4500 servo production and assembly system was standing on a floor with a basement. The machine was audible on the floors above and the vibrations could be felt.

This was therefore a vibration and structure-borne noise problem. The conventional leveling shoes that were installed were not sufficient. With the isoloc solution used, machine shoes UMS18-ASF/B-NP2, the vibrations (vibration emissions) during operation of the machines were reduced very well.

The vibrations and oscillations that previously occurred are no longer noticeable in the basement and upper floor.

Solution

Problem definition
The machine is located on a floor with a basement. The machine was audible on the floors above. It was therefore a structure-borne noise problem.
The conventional levelling shoes that were installed were not sufficient.

Result

Placing the Bihler BM 4500 on the machine shoes works well.
The vibrations during operation are reduced very well, and an impact on the platform is no longer felt in the basement and upper floor.
